Wanted to get some opinions on the Pastime Tournaments. Are kids getting seen, recruited, drafted from these tournaments? Any information when comparing to Perfect Game etc...

Pastime gets coaches/scouts to their games....especially at the bigger events. If they are hosting a 15U-17U event at college fields, you're almost certain to see coaches from that college and others there. It's like any other tournament though, coaches don't just show up randomly at games and hope to find a kid. They are there to see someone they've had previous contact with....whether it's from seeing him before, having had email/phone contact with the kid or having heard from the travel coach that they may have someone the coach needs to take a look at. If you're talking Perfect Game WWBA....no, it's not close to that....but nobody is
Lots of college scouts at Pastime Tournaments. Including JUCO's and D3's from the area. As Buckeye said, do your due diligence and contact schools in advance, don't just expect to be "discovered" there randomly.
The tournaments are well run and of course the kids really have fun playing on the college fields
