Folks I would suggest that before you ask about a college/university/baseball program that you visit their website and read up on them before you ask questions--- personal opinions on a college/university/baseball program are one thing but they mean more if your question is a specific one in lieu of a general question. Many of your questions can be answered by a visit to the specific college/university website in your question.

Also --- if no other reason than proper forum manners, when a person answers your question it would be nice to know that you came back and read the response(s)-- all too many post a question and then never respond when responses are posted--just a minute to say "Thanx I read it" is not too much to ask !

Just my nickels worth~~~

Well counting inflation a nickel will have to do. Did you ever think that people want REAL experiences rather than web page propaganda. What do you think a web site will say" our field is mediocre, our coach is okay, our games have few fans, etc, etc."? I would rather hear from someone with real knowledge of a program.

I think the point is that if you are going to contact a person at the school it will impress them more if you can say you already looked over their web site and that you wanted to learn more. Also, the site might prompt some questions you may not already have had.
