Can anyone comment on the this organization and provide their input? Also, what does anyone know or think of their affiliation with USSSA and their All America Games tryouts and championship in Kissimmee, FL at the Astros complex. Seems to me that USSSA is trying expand and make money by getting in on the high school age prospect and showcase scene. Any legitimacy here? Comments and opinions???

I am actually the State Director of Floirda for ABR. These guys do a great job with the kids and families. The Prospect ID Camps, tournaments and regionals are to identify the best prospects around the country for the USSSA All- American games. Everyone in this organization has professional or collegiate baseball experience and I know here in Florida, that all my athletes will be evaluated by MLB Scouts to make sure that they are getting accurate, non biased evals. This whole project is to make sure that these families and athletes are getting all the resources they need to be successful. Also, to not charge sky rocket prices like many others do. From what I know this organization is providing everything that everyone else provides at a much more affordable price. Their affiliation with USSSA allows them to do that. Not to mention that they send their 16u team out of the country every year free of charge to the player. In 2010 they are going to Japan for a week. All of these players that participate in an ABR event also get player profiles on the ABR website, premium content access, and exposure to scouts and coaches at these events. For the price, this is the best thing going right now and because of the affiliation between ABR and USSSA you know it's legit.
