Never had Standing Room Only tickets before, does anyone have any experience at Fenway?

Is it a casual affair with people on the move a lot? Or is it more like stake your spot two hours before game time and no bathroom breaks?

Are some areas better than others? (Tickets say first base side) Better view, less people...

Does height come into play? One has not made it to 5' yet...

Thank you in advance for any random advice anyone might have!

You will need to stake your spot and not move (take turns going to the bathroom etc.)

Agreed. If you're behind home you won't be able to see the scoreboard for replays. There are replay monitors. They look small from where you will be standing. The park has wifi. Load TBS on your phone for replays.

we had SRO seats for a pirates playoff game 2 years ago,  got there about two hours before game to  get in line.  We had a plan of where we wanted to stand.  It was a sprint from the time they opened the gates to claim the spot. Know where your headed and go for your spot.  knowing a stadium helps. we had 4 of us so going to bathroom or concessions weren't a problem, it was easy to hold our spot once it was claimed.

Fenway has designated SRO sections. The ticket designates what section.
