Nathan Trevillian threw 3 shutout innings, Basset got 2 off a reliever (apparently Amherst was confident enough to try to save all its pitchers for Friday), but Amherst rallies for the second straight game to win, 3-2. Peyton Maddox drove in both Amherst's first and third (and winning) runs, the latter on a walk-off hit in the bottom of the 7th.

tunstall advances to the semis with a 20-3 win vs allegheny And were able to pull their ace after 3 innings. they will go up against woodgrove who had a much tougher game winning 2-1 in 12 innings.
