Classic first and third situation. Runner on 1B breaks for 2B. P steps off, runs at runner, then gets runner in run-down. Runner at 3B breaks for home. Makes it safe. Is he credited with SB or did he advance on the throw(s)?
Was the runner from first safe at second? If so, I score a double steal. If the runner at first returns or is tagged out, I score it a fielder's choice.
I need to look this up, so don't take it as gospel. I'm traveling this week, so don't have access to my rules to double check.
Ok I looked it up for you, Both runners get SB if safe at 2nd and home. If runner between 1st and 2nd makes it back into 1B safe after run down, runner going home still gets SB. If either runner gets put out during run down, neither runner can be credited with SB. And any runner advance that is not SB would be FC or on the throw or maybe even defensive indifference if they trade the out between 1st and 2nd for a run.
