There is a lot I like about that picture...however it is only a picture...any chances you can post some video and we can see the entire swing? If you can get game footage that would be best, but cage is ok if you can't get anyone to tape you during a game...but again I do like that pic, lets see more!
You look fine at that point of the swing (finish) but rather difficult to comment on your swing without seeing how your body is working from launch to contact. 
Did that ball travel up the middle or was it pulled?
The video is about the only way to comment without seeing you live.
