I have always been a huge Pete Rose fan ON the field.
This will be a train wreck and I will not watch one second of it.

There's very little real about reality shows. Who knew Jerry Springer would have such a huge impact on society and tv viewing options.
Truthfully, I loved watching Rose play the game. He was an incredible talent as a player and should be in the HOF IMHO as a player. He had it all with his bat, speed and glove. There hasn't been anybody like him since.quote:Any thoughts on Pete Rose's new reality show?
A reality show about a retired athlete that is going for his third marriage, and has been exiled by his sport is not going to hold my attention for more than 15 minutes. I have plenty of other things I want to do and need to do. If ESPN was to do an E60 segment or something like it about what Pete is up to, I might bite.

What he said...
I "idolized" Pete as a kid/teenager...(wore the #14 when possible)...when I saw the prompt for this on the tube the other night, I went "Hmmmm, wonder what that's about"...then moved on searching.
When I was a young lad many years ago , I would spend my weekends at Al Lopez Field , long gone now , but the Big Red Machine trained there . Met alot of the Reds , Bench ,Foster and Pete , just to name a few . Loved watching Rose play the game he loved . Seriously doubt I will see even a minute of his show though .He was much better playing baseball .
Pete's 'only' 71... She's 31 and a playboy model, not liked by Pets's kids... What could go wrong?
Although known as a single hitter, he hit a home run with his wife to be at least look wise.
