Job Summary
The essential job function is to manage, promote and organize youth baseball tournaments for the American Baseball Association in your specific region.
Abilities Required
The American Baseball Association (ABA) is looking for an individual who wants more than a job and views this as an opportunity to build a region of their own to manage. Below is a list of some of the qualities were looking for from an individual to be part of the American Baseball Association.

Minimum Requirements
No Experience Required
Baseball knowledge is a must
Self Started, Leadership skills a must
Basic computer skills
Access to the internet
Great communication skills
Ability to write brief summary’s of weekend events
Must be willing to travel up to 50%
