Try McInnish Park in Carrolton.

They have a decent 60/90 field with lights.

You also may want to try Mansfield ISD and their field at Brooks Wester MS. It is the old Mansfield HS and the baseball field is still there. A little on the small side, but its a field that isn't used very much.
