Late signing date for 2007, does baseball players sign on this date during the season? Or is this just for other spring sports (basketball, etc.) that seasons are completed?

Does it happen in the same manner as Feb. 7th National signing day?

Just like Feb 7th without the Tv coverage, ESPN Zone signings, the college message board hysteria...etc...
