I know this is not a great topic of discussion. I am new to the board and I want to post my own picture to my profile. How do I do this? HELP.

The picture you want to use as an avatar must be posted on a website. To include it as an avatar, 1) click on the GO tab at the top, then on My Space; then Profile; 2) Click on the view/Edit link on the top right; 3) Scroll to the middle of the profile where it says "Avatar / Picture URL" and click on the Edit link; 4) Click on the Custom Avatar link on the top; 5) paste the URL of the picture you want to include; 6) Click on Update Avatar 7) View your avatar picture on the Profile page and then click the Submit button; All old and new posts should now display the new avatar.
