Hi I have a 13 year old son who has started to pitch some. I was hoping someone could help me with a basic/simple routine for his off days. He is number 4 or 5 pitcher on team usually pitches on Saturdays. What days should he rest,ice,stretch,play catch,or a bullpen on? This would be just him and I doing it, so the simpler the better.Also, is if he throws his bullpen on flat ground? It is more for a workout. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
