My Son gets them free now in college, but we had the best luck with Cutters. Very durable!

Other than Cutters, we got just as much wear from the cheap Franklins at Wal-Mart as anything else.

The key is to let them dry outside of the bat bag and not wadded up inside.

I even thought about inventing some kind of plastic "hands" with air-holes in them or a cedar shoe tree-like thing for batting gloves.
