I saw this in the Illinois forum, and thought this would be fun to put in the NW forum. What do you think are the best facilities in WA??? My top 10 not in any particular order:

Hudson's Bay
Newport (Bellevue)
Colfax
Interlake
Mt Si
Woodinville
Seattle Prep
Magnuson Park-Lakeside (Seattle)
Woodland Park- Roosevelt, Bishop Blanchett
Eastmont (Wenatchee)

Worst in the State: O'Dea hands down.

The new Lynnwood HS is really, REALLY bad.
Yes the new Lynnwood HS field is about as bad as someone could make a new field.

The two fields I've played at so far are both turf, but the first game of the year that we had was played in a monsoon and the umps kept the game going. The mound literally had no dirt left on it. Where you plant your foot into the mound compltetly submerged our pitcher's foot. The field was ok, but the mound there is probably ruined for the season (Bellevue HS).
Denny Field in West Seattle is pretty nice (Sealth HS home park). Turf infield, grass out, really tall light standards light well for late afternoon/evening games.

My son's program co-uses the field with Sealth. We get the dads and kids out for a work party to condition the field, rebuild mounds (including the bullpens), edge the grass along foul territory and along the warning track, and weed foul ground and the warning track in early March before HS tryouts every year.

Going over to Judkins this Friday to see O'Dea and Prep, weather permitting of course!
