Best offseason program in Ct (or RI)

Anyone have a winter pre-season progam in CT which they think was really good? Or any good long toss locations?

We could even cross into RI, as we live on the RI side of the Connecticut River.

For that location you should strongly consider the RI Rebels offering in Wakefield RI. They have some great experience and a nice facility.

Extra Innings in Warwick, RI has the nicest facility in RI with 7 tunnels, highest celings and more importantly some of the best instructors with College and Pro experience. Also the home of the New England Prospect College Showcase Team.
