Anyways, if you are looking for a strength and conditioning program for yourself, or your son / daughter I would highly recommend you pick up Eric Cressey's new book. 

 

It has a complete section on how to tailor the workouts to overhead athletes. 

 

As one of his full time employees, I can tell you that what you will get in this program is the closest thing you will get to coming and seeing us in person.

Actually A LOT! For starters the field of strength and conditioning is always evolving and this program is the product of 5 more years of learning and understanding. Furthermore, it has a self assessment portion that leads to different modifications in the workouts to better fit your body. From a baseball stand point that includes modifications for overhead athletes. Lastly, the video demonstrations are very detailed in comparison to Show and Go.
