BIG BONUS / little bonus

The BIG BONUS guys are going to get more opportunities to fail than the little bonus guys. With the addition and substraction of X amount of players each year. A club needs to purge X amount each each year to allow room for the newbies. What minimum bonus amount, if any would provide a little leverage for a player.... 25K,50K, 100K, 200K.

My guess would be 6 figures and above.

I think a lot depends on the club and the player's makeup at the pro level. I've been surprised that some of the lower bonus players getting breaks and some pretty high bonus players being cut. I'm not convinced that $$ plays as big a role as I thought it would.
