Is it a blown save if a pitcher blows the lead in the eighth inning in what would be a save situation in the ninth inning? Ex. Pitcher blows 5-3 lead in the eighth.

Pretty sure that'll get ya one of these (BS) next to your name even in the 8th if you came into the game in that inning.

I may be wrong, but I think an easy way to think about it is this:
If you enter the game in a save situation, and when you leave the game the next pitcher isn't also entering a save situation, then it's a blown save.
