Or how challenging it is to be a two way player. How all in are you as a hitter when pitching appears to be taking the lead as a better option?

True. I can't even imagine the preparation it would take to be a 2 way player. Even Babe Ruth said he couldn't do it for more than a year or two, and Shohei Ohtani broke down.
