The batter bunts, the ball on its way down hits the batters bat a second time and as the batter leaves the box he drops his bat and the bat hits the ball laying on the ground a third time. All in fair territory. Whats the call ?

Out Probably. Foul maybe, the ball "coming down" part has me leaning towards, interference and OUT.

I'm sure you'll get more help from the guys that work HS ball. But I'd be really shocked if it was different from OBR rules. And warning "I've been shocked before." So hang on til you get more feedback.

The practice:
If the batter is still in the box - foul.

I agree foul in box, out in fair. The third is hit is nothing in this case. Ball hits bat, nothing, bat hits ball, out.
