Horrible. My thoughts and prayers are with Jeff and his family. Having lost my oldest son (26) almost 2 years ago to this terrible disease I have an idea of what they are going through. Keep fighting Jeff, just keep fighting.

Thank you for notifying us about another member of our family who needs our prayers and support.

The Hann family is in our prayers, with special prayers for Jeff.

In 2003, Jeff and his family traveled with our American Team to Australia.

He is a fine young man and I truly believe Jeff will be the "winner" with this battle.

play, Thanks, I appreciate it. Wish I could say we're over it but obviously that's never going to be. But there are many success stories out there so let's hope to see Jeff in a UC Davis uni soon!
