I know it is golf and the equipment is plastic. But how many 2 year old girls swing like this? I hope she gets interested in sports.

What's sad is how much better her swing looks than mine.
She has a more aggressive swing than a typical small girl. When my daughter was that age she wouldn't have wanted to hurt the ball.
Precious. Keep her swinging! ![]()
get her on a travel team- and "elite" one :![]()
Her head never moves! She a natural.
Get the Zep thing on her for clubhead speed!
The cost for youth golf DWARFS baseball. Not even close.
I can hear the PG naysayers right now: the great cosmic revenge besets PGStaff. Karma in action!! Better build a business model around youth golf: you don't want to fund your granddaughter's golf game in lieu of the college fund.
Sign her up for the 2u Bay Bees.

Actually I think the golf industry is trying to follow baseball. Recently they started the "PGA Junior League", which is similar to little league -- a group of kids tryout and be assigned to teams based on skills and then compete with a similarly skilled team. If successful, I can see the next logical move -- travel teams, elite teams, and showcases. PG, it's time to start drawing a business plan ... ![]()
She'll be ahead of the game when tee work starts for softball..nice swing!
Potential new topics from this post alone:
Is the best 2u the best 17u golfer?
What exit speed should a 2u have?
Projectability out of Pre-school?
Showcase or tournaments, where will she get best attention?
High School Golf or Elite Tournament Golf?
and finally, my favorite.......
Here's to you Mr. Pre-school Golf Watcher!
She is a cutey, but as you can tell she is a very aggressive little girl... She also runs very fast. Not sure she ever walked, I think she just right away took off running. She has three brothers. I think she is going to do well in sports. Too bad they don't let girls play football.

I would like us all to debate, What is the youngest age she can get to the LPGA and is there a pre-GED for elementary school to get there quicker!!!
Little kids are so much fun. Always sort of made my living watching older kids and I enjoy that. But not much that is more entertaining than watching young kids play. The younger they are the more I enjoy watching. I actually used to stop at a local park where they had a league for first time real young kids. I would stay there for a long time when ever possible. Those little kids would do things that were so comical it would make anyone laugh.

Wow. . . that's really good! I've known quite a few adults who can't hit a golf ball as well as that. ![]()
This reminds me very much of my son when he was that age doing the same thing with a full back swing and follow through. When I first saw it, it blew me away to see someone that young able to so consistently hit a golf ball (yes, plastic) off of the floor/carpet so well. This was one of the strong clues I had that he had outstanding hand-eye coordination. I also had a plastic/Nerf bat and ball that he would consistently hit balls tossed at him.
So, I would say it looks like your daughter has some above average talent there. I'd bet she'll be doing very well at any sport she chooses.
I know your knowledge of baseball is tremendous but I'm gonna have to throw out a little softball advice on ya. Especially if she's fast, switch that swing to the left side lol.

My younger sister was 3 time AA softball CF in college. Received much softball, hoops and volleyball awards/trophies in HS. To date she likes her football trophy the best. I think she may have been first girl in state to get a punt pass and kick trophy (she placed second in her young age group locally). That was about 35 yrs ago.
She is awesome! And adorable!
