James River mounts one comeback to tie in the 7th, gives up a run in the 8th, then scores twice with 2 outs to win it in the 8th, 7-6 over Hanover.
James River played sloppily for the first half of the game before managing to scrape by with the win. They'll need to do better to beat red hot Deep Run, which pounded Cosby, 15-9 in the late game.
James River will have the edge in fresh arms for the finale, but whoever wins, both teams will advance to next week's state tourney.
