limom,
Your post reeks of jealously...
the question that begs to be asked is why would a company such as PG compromise their integrity for this youngman....or any boy for that matter...is he the next Johnny Damon???? My son attended five (yes, that would be five) PG events...and with the exception of the Wareham event all included air fare, hotels and food...now, I am far from wealthy so, if for a moment, I suspected that honesty and integrity were not involved do you think I would have so easily opened my wallet...
So just out of curiousity...how fast was your son??? walk That would make for an interesting topic of discussion!!!!!! and once again I make the observation...you must be a real joy to sit beside at a game duel
limom,

I will except your apology. I just don't understand why you would use this forum for unfounded accusations.

We are not God's gift to baseball. Perfect Game is NOT Perfect! We do make mistakes.

We also understand the importance and impact of what we do. While we do make mistakes at times, those mistakes are never made intentionally. (cheating)

We would never risk our reputation by being dishonest.

The reason a few were timed on grass is because those runners were not present when we ran the 60 at Georgia Tech.

The Atlanta Braves had a tryout the Monday after the PG National Showcase at Georgia State. When we found out a few National players who didn't run the 60 were planning to attend the Braves tryout, we held a few staff members over in Atlanta to watch the tryout and get some times.

The reason we designated the 60 times being on grass for those players, is so people would know that these players did not run under the same ideal conditions. We probably should of added that those times were not laser times, too. In fact, I think I'll have that added tomorrow.
