Class of 2008 Commitments So Far -- VA kids

I'm not sure, but I think Farrar is a Richmond area player. I could be wrong. As to his college commitment, I have no clue about that part

You were right about Ryan Farrar being a Nova guy, he goes to Centreville with me... but he doesn't even play Baseball, he plays basketball I don't know if he commited to UVA for Bball though. On another note the Snyder twins from Westfield might be going to North Carolina (If they don't get drafted first). Also Colin Flaherty from Madison is getting looks from Auburn, Florida State, and Miami to name a few.

I did a quick search for Farrar, and it looks like the baseball playing Ryan Farrar goes to Atlee in the Richmond area:

So, I don't know what this means about which one might have committed to UVA.

yes, Matt and Mike Snyder are younger brothers of Brandon Snyder, and sons of former major leaguer Brian Snyder. Mike is right handed hitting 3B, Matt is left handed hitting 1B. While not at Brandon's level (yet), both are excellent players with tremendous upside.

I have heard by word of mouth that Gary Ward of Hickory (chesapeake) has committed to U of Miami....not sure if thats the case though

Gary Ward received more than a 50% scholarship to Miami (FL).
