As my son and his friends are getting closer to the college baseball phase, I’m starting to follow college baseball at the start of the season. I thought I am set by subscribing to ESPN+ only to find out that only a few games are there. I went to look at the college scores in ESPN to see a list of all the games that are on, see the scores, and which of the games are being televised or streamed live (or link to the archived stream if the game is over) - kind of like what I can do with college football. I was surprised to find that ESPN do not have a list of all the baseball games and the scores. I can’t even set an alert for or follow my favorite baseball team.

Is there another site that provides me all these info - list of all baseball games, group/filter by conference, division and/or top x teams by ranking, the scores, and a link to the game video and/or audio stream (if any)?

I didn’t realize and surprised that ESPN doesn’t provide good coverage of college baseball - at least at the beginning of the season. Maybe it’s different later in the season.

College Baseball Gameday  (Twitter:  @CollegeBaseGame)  does an excellent job providing a Google Docs spreadsheet with links to all the daily streams.
Here's a link to today's sheet, but I would recommend going to their Twitter page and following them for the most recent links.
This sheet currently has only D1 games for today, but last season they did links to other divisions as well.

ESPN+ also carries all SECN+ games. I believe all D1 games are covered. You can pay monthly which I suggest. You can access games via your computer, tablet, iPad or phone using the espn app. Once you set up the app it will ask what internet/ cable company you are using. ESPN+ is in partnership with SEC+ so it provides you with all of those games.

Edit: There are  approx 41 games on today. If you have the ESPN app or on your computer, laptop, or smart TV you must look for ncaa baseball. Click on that and all games will appear.

ESPN is the best place.  You will see 90% of all major games EXCEPT these early season MLB stadium stuff, tournaments, showcases whatever.  ESPN + is the main one.  I can see all son's games and watch most every other game I want to watch.  D1baseball is probably the best to keep up with running scores throughout the day.  Plus great information.

The best way to find out and watch what is on for college baseball is put the ESPN app on your tv via Android TV, Roku or Fire. Go to ESPN, click on browse and click on baseball. It lists all the games and what network.

Last year a lot of games were available without ESPN+. If last weekend is an indicator a lot of games have been moved to ESPN+ or the other pluses (SEC+, ACC+) connected to ESPN+.

The College Baseball Gameday is especially helpful as do the D1baseball site for the scores (and allows me to filter by conference which is great).  I do have ESPN+ and I have ESPN, SEC, ACC, BIG, MLB, etc in my TV subscription connected to my Roku, AppleTV, iPad, Directv Stream setup box, etc.  However, I still can't find some of the more interesting games over the weekend like the following:

  • Missouri games
  • TCU games
  • Texas games
  • Fri and Sun TN games
  • Arkansas games
  • Vanderbilt games

Several other comments/observations/comments

  • The College Baseball Gameday stream guide is just the info for that day - meaning it's the same file that they always update.  We can't go to a previous day to see if a game was streamed, and where a game was streamed to see if a replay of that game is available?
  • D1baseball seems to have the complete list of all the games and results.  However, when I click on the recap, it sends me to the website of one of the schools.  It doesn't have a link to the recaps from both of the schools.  Is there a rhyme and reason to which recap and box score D1baseball links to?  I also assume there's no link from D1baseball to the replay of the stream (if any)?
  • ESPN college baseball scoreboard does not show all of the games.  Do you all know what ESPN uses to determine whether to include a game in their scoreboard or not?  Is it only schools from P5 conference and top X schools (I noticed that Liberty vs. Southern Miss is on the scoreboard but not Wofford or GA State)?
  • Searching in ESPN for college baseball + college team name brings back softball games also.  It was frustrating how many times I click on a game only to realize it's a softball game.  I've since learned to look at the duration of the video to determine if it's a baseball or softball game.
  • Accessing Watch ESPN  via website or iOS app doesn't show me the date of the game but I can see the date from Roku app.  Frustrating when it's a weekend series and I was trying to find the game for a specific day.

Sorry for all the questions, this is my first time following college baseball the first weekend (as opposed to during the conf games and conf championship).  I was surprised at how hard it is to find the list of games and where it's being streamed.  Thanks to the info in this thread, I can cobble the info together now between the D1baseball site, College Baseball Gameday, and slogging through the ESPN app to find the game.  I wish there's an easier way but at least I can get to the info now.

All but the TN games (not sure where they were) were on FLsports but it was only for that tournament. All those teams will be on ESPN+

Lots of juco games on TSBN Sports. Go to "Watch" page for the day's schedule.

I appreciate what TSBN is trying to do about making JuCo games viewable. But boy do they have some work to do to get to an acceptable level of broadcast quality. A good place to start would be finding announcers that understand the game of baseball and know how to talk about it on the air during a game.
