Just saw this on Twitter and D1baseball. Looks like a 4 team red robin tournament for invite only college players. Players, coaches, and umps to be tested a week before and quarantined to the hotel during that week. No fans. Limited media and scouts using a seperate entrance.

Definitely will be interesting to watch and see if it can possibly lay the foundation for future baseball events.

Any bets MLB dropped D1 some money to make this happen. Even if you can't go you can still pay to watch. The twitter is blowing up with guys saying they won't go but I know for a fact some of the top pitchers for sure are preparing to go. If I was a hitter and happy with my position, I might choose not to go because I think pitchers who are ready will benefit greater than hitters seeing live arms unless they have been seeing it lately.
