Congratulations to six CHARGERS for being named a 2009-2010 TCCAA Distinguished Scholar-Athlete. We are so proud of these young men and their commitment to academics.

Andy Fennell - Beardan
Tyler Cole - Cornersville
Rob Holley - Giles County
Aaron Hyder - Ezell Harding
Kaleb Pitts - Summertown
Jake Ray - Columbia Central

This is obviously contrary to the common belief that Junior College baseball is for students who are not academically inclined. In addition, 30 of our 35 players from Tennessee are HOPE eligible.

Congrats on this accomplishment! It's great to see ball players focused on academics and life at the same time they are playing ball.
