I don't know just...Nicola's features 'Whoopie' pies. They'd have to do a lot of talkin' before I'd order a slice of that!

And Tx...if I ever get back to Omaha I'll eat three! In Memphis they load up their pulled pork sammiches with slaw...and they're good. The idea of stuffing cabbage in some sort of pastry creation along with some tasty beef shouldn't chase me away should it? Honestly...I like cabbage. As a food and strategically if you know what I mean. Gotta' hand it to those cruciferous veggies...they can really get ya' goin'!

I am going with the school down the road a mile! Stony Brook! -and they also had seven players selected in this year's draft! They do not consider themselves Cinderella at this big dance and I hope they continue the swagger and do well!

I am a west coast guy, so I am pulling for Arizona and UCLA but I always like the underdogs too. Kent State and Stony Brook are great stories and I would not mind seeing an upset. A can't loose situation - should be some great games...

I was there in 2010 when SC won their first. Loved it when they repeated. Being from the north, I would love it if Kent St. and SB were to make some noise.

Starsky's was a cool place to hang out.

Arizona's starting pitching is making them look like world-beaters so far.

Boy, I certainly could be proven wrong, but it sure looks like the 2 best teams have risen to the top.

I am really admiring how hard South Carolina and Arizona play the game. Not taking anything away from any other team...these two teams just 'feel' to me like they 'know' they're gonna win.

Omaha is such a great place. The town really embraces this event. If you're looking for a tremendous steak, head out to The Drover on 73rd St. and order the famous whiskey filet. If you want a feel of Omaha, hit the Old Market, which is the bustling downtown restaurant/shopping district just blocks up 10th Street from the new ballpark. There's also a wonderful museum in the old train station downtown. New places also are going up all around TD Ameritrade. Visited Rosenblatt the other day -- it gets torn down next month -- for one last look of the place. It's so classic, even in its rundown condition, but nothing lasts forever, I guess.

I've been here since last week and hated to see Stony Brook get knocked out so quickly. The locals were ready to get behind the Seawolves, but they never got untracked. I'd tell any college baseball fan to make at least one pilgrimage here in their lifetime.

Stony Brook picked a bad time to roll up two bad games and that is what is the worst part. They didnt play up to their capabilities. But, We are proud of the local boys and now a lot more folks are asking "WHAT's A SEAWOLF?!"

Great year,Great Run... and it resets the bar for future recruits as they now can be told if you play here YOU CAN get to Omaha!

Unbelievable finish. Kent State could not throw a strike, loads the bases, and wiggles out of it.

Florida looked indifferent this game. Looked to me like they didn't give Kent State enough respect until it was too late.
