DBU knocks off 2 ranked teams

That Rice game was simply outstanding. To bad, I had to leave early....

It was awesome to see Jordan Meaker (FMHS alum) last night against ORU go 8 innings and only give up 4 hits for his second win of the young season. He was hitting the gun at 93-94 in some fridged weather. I expect him to go high in this year's draft.

Meaker is a Canadian.

Yes but he is Canadian and has listed his residence as Flower Mound. I have followed him for a few years. I actually thought he was going to sign as he was drafted last draft.
Several Canadians after a couple years list their US homes as their home RJ Swindle lists Charleston as his home and he is also a Canadian.
Meaker was listed by Canadian SLAM as a draft pick last year. I assume they didn't offer him enough.
