Devil Cats Baseball teams play in the Eastern NY Travel Baseball (ENYTB) league, based in the Capital District of New York. This past summer, Devil Cats 16U 2013 Summer team played a Gold-level schedule, and capped off a successful 2013 Summer season by winning the Gold Division of a 20 team international tournament held in late July in Niagara Falls. The team is inviting players who are interested in trying out for the 2014 17U team to contact Manager Gene Kelly at 369-5777. We are looking to add skilled players for our 2014 17U team.
In 2014 we will again play a highly competitive schedule of league games against the best the area has to offer, as well as multiple outside tournaments designed to gain players maximum exposure to college scouts. The team is particularly interested in players for the following positions: middle infield, pitcher, and catcher. Players who have played school and/or travel ball within the last year who do not play these positions are also welcome to try out. The team will have a winter workout program beginning soon, focusing on skills development and preparation for the upcoming Spring Varsity season.
