You can also see a less detailed but semi-official MLB draft summary at MLB.com, which also tells you how to get a direct answer from MLB. Might be a good idea for future drafts, since the rules could change.

From what I have seen, very few players get drafted and sign after their sophmore year in college (not redshirt). The ones I have seen, unless of unusual talent, get drafted late because of signability. They usually demand more money (due to two years left of eligibility) and most teams do not want to pay it, or the two years left of college.
