KG - Here are some drills.. some are directly and some indirectly related to improving extension...

-front toss / hit oppo
-front toss / drive back up the middle thru the cage
(staying on and thru the ball while going oppo or up the middle encourages good extension)


-tee - hit a letter (specific visual focus on a spot slightly inside and centered - staying inside encourages proper extension)

-multi tee drill / hit two balls on same plane about 6 inches apart

-two balls in front of tee / set two balls on ground in front of tee along proper inside-out path to give swing path visual

-heavy ball / use partially deflated old basketball with front toss or tee. will encourage strong extension thru the ball to drive without kickback.

-heavy bag work / set up to a boxers heavy bag in hitters stance with hips rotated and bat pressing against the bag as if you were at point of contact deep in the stance. push thru the bag from this position.
