Well highschools comin up for me and that means makin the baseball team. I'm pretty sure I've got the skill and I know I've got the drive, now I just wanna make sure I've got the phsycial toughness. Can anyone offer a good workout for baseball players using just dumbells cuz I'm kinda limited with weights. Thanks.

Here's a list of some exercises you can perform with only dumbells:


Deadlifts
Stiff Legged Deadlifts
Lunges (many variations)
DB Military Press
DB Bench Presses
DB Squats
Seated Calf Raises
Hammer Curls
Kickbacks
DB One arm Rows
Bent Over Rows
Alternate DB Curl
DB Skullcrushers
Wrist Curls
Weighted Situps

Those are just off the top of my head...
