Favorite College Parks (not home)

I don't know if anyone has been to Mark Light Field (UM) but that place is special,not so much the seating facilities but that field. JMO.

FSU has the best overall facility that I have been to, great for hitters. The only problem is that it is not away team friendly, bad seats.

There is something about the baseball stadium/field at Clemson that makes it feel really cool. It's my favorite, followed closely by the old Alex Box. Lot's of history in that place.

Lebanon Valley College in PA. Beautiful setting.

For a D-111 facility it is unreal---we have played there a number of times

I also like UM's Mark Light. It is relatively compact for a field with that many seats and in nice shape.

I like Olsen Field at Texa A & M. It s very well laid out for fans and has alot of shade, which is nice later in the year.



I also like Stanky Field at the University of South Alabama.


I don't like the town it is in, but Tulane's new ballpark is very nice.

I don't have a picture but Penn States new Medlar Field at Lubrano Park is a site to see.

I'm thinking Rosenblatt Stadium in mid-June would be the all-time favorite!

While not as grand as all of these, Miami of Ohio has a beautiful stadium on a very parklike campus.

Boston College has a multi-purpose field. It doubles as a parking lot for the football stadium in the fall. The cars park on the outfield and tailgate.

Washington and Lee University has one fine D3 field in our conference, an a new Valley League team will be using it during the summer:

Doubleday Field is special to me...at least for the next four years...pretty awesome setting on the banks of the Hudson...nice history, too.

My favorite view is at UIC's Les Miller Field.

Arkansas has some of the nicest facilities I have ever seen. But for the view, Pepperdine is hard to beat!

Another great D III park,"not my own", is at Ferrum College; pictures are beyond myskillset so somebody else will need to post one. Some alumnus Billy Wagner money helped build a very beautiful field.

I'll agree that Mark Light is outstanding. I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned Sunken Diamond, at Stanford. That is an outstanding college field.

That would be one of my favorites.

My son's two favorite fields he has played on are the Universtiy of Cincinnati and Clemson. When ever you talk to him about fields he mentions those first.

kansas state has some great facilities.It sure does get hot on that turf though mid summer haha.

Also,Missouri State`s facilities are top notch.They share it with the AA cardinals team.

I would have to say Arkansas as well. Nothing like it in Tennessee yet!!
