I will not find out until about 6pm (california time). Is this normal? Anyway back to work as that might take my mind off of it for a while.

Luckily I didnt have to wait a few days to find out.My story goes that after the try out finished in september, the coach pulled me aside and had told me I made the team before he had even finished his drills.
Just relax,Im sure you proved why you belong out there

I hate to be there bearer of bad news -

BUT

The days of finger nail biting, eating Snickers and being nervous are far from over.

You get one whole day to enjoy the great news - and then it starts all over again -

The first game - the first at bat - the first..... well you get the picture.

Hope you have lots of Snicker Bars

Update time!!! For the last two days my son has been taking part in Varisty inter squad games. Three other JV players are also participating. On the first day he pitched and went one for three. Yesterday played 7 innings at third and went 2 for 3 with a double. I was at the school photographing the basketball game. I stepped out of the gym to get a glimpse of the practice. What do I see - my son coming out of the locker room with ice on his elbow. I guess on what would have been the last play of the game a slow grounder was hit to him at third he charged and came up throwing while on the run. Kind of a side arm motion. He heard a small pop and the ball went wide. This morning he was a little sore. Still has good range of movement. We have gone through this before and with 2 - 3 days of rest he was better. Looking to get him xrayed ASAP. Anyway back to the SNIKER BAR. You all were correct being worried never ends. ARE WE HAVING FUN YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
