Gator or Toro Sand Pro?

Looking for something to drag a field with. A four wheel Gator or a three wheel vehicle such as a Toro Sand Pro. Any recommendations? Will be used for a college softball and baseball field.

I'm guessing the Toro with three wheels has a better turning radius. But a Gator is more versatile and seats two instead of one. I've seen a three wheel John Deere before, but don't know it's name or if they are still in production.
