I’m wondering if anyone has experience with their son’s attending any of the goodwill series events in Australia. What is the cost involved in such a trip, what did your son like about the experience etc etc. I know there are a few older threads on the subject, but I didn’t see anything recent. Thank you

2 of my sons went, one in 2016 and one last year. Simply, it was the best experience of their lives. The folks running the Goodwill Series take great care of the kids. I can't say enough about Bob and Rob Williams. It cost around $4,000 to go, I believe. Maybe a little more with the flight. However, its a tax deductible organization and we raised a lot of money. It cost a total of $1,100 total for both kids ($600 for 1 and $500 for the other). Our community really stood behind the kids and thought it was a great opportunity. If your gonna do it, definitely fundraise for it. Both kids really thought it was a life changing experience. I highly recommend it, but I would definitely fundraise for it. This was also good because I made the kids take the lead in finding fundraisers and organizing the fundraiser, which was also a learning experience for them. Feel free to PM me if you want further info.
… and Bob Williams is a regular here so you can PM him directly... he is "Consultant" here.
Yep, talk to Bob Williams. My son seriously considered going two years, but we had a family event at the same time. I've heard only good things about the trip.
