VirginiaPreps.com posted the final score around 3:40 p.m., so I'm thinking they should be starting the next game right about now.

Anyone watching the webcasts? I can't ... just wondering if you like the quality or if I should just save my money.

The field was in great condition and the facility is excellent. The distance to the fences that has been discussed elsewhere made this look like a game from travel ball days on a 200' fence. There were something like 7-8 HR's and another 6-8 clanged off the centerfield fence. IMO 1 maybe 2 of the HR's would have been out on a normal HS field and none in a college ballpark.

Based on the way these teams swing the bat 3 or 4 innings of shutout ball by any pitcher might be enough to win. It was the case today when GB got 3 shutout innings and ran off to a 11-0 after 3 innings.

Did Battlefield's coach get ejected?

after an inning James River trails 2-0. JR had second and third on a wlak,error, and a balk but couldnt get them in

Who is pitching for South County?

Beal hjas throw first two innings...no hits but 5 walks and 48 pitches.
JR now trails 7-0 and has gone to a new pitcher
