I can tell you that Brandon Sullivan is a class guy. He has run an organization that caters to high academic players - Headstart Showcases - and helps get them into colleges.

I don't know much about his team, but if Sullivan is involved I'd guess that it will be a good situation; particulatly if your son has good grades.

In any team I was consider playing for I'd check to see which tournaments the team will be playing in. If they are the high profile ones I'd consider his group seriously.
Definitely a class guy and a class organization that attracts equally high character people into the organization. For academically oriented baseball players, if you can attend only one showcase the Headfirst Showcase would be the one to attend, hands down!! In addition to managing summer teams, Headfirst runs various sports camps for younger athletes and a college advisory program for rising juniors and seniors.

I'm surprised there aren't more testimonials in this thread.
My son attended the headfirst showcase last November and I can not say enough good things about Brendan and his staff. If your son has the academic talent to go along with his baseball skills, attending a headfirst showcase should be your #1 priority. Not only will he be seen by the top academic schools, headfirst's format encourages players and coaches to interact with each other which gives both an opportunity to get to know one another. Although many players feel the need to play the entire junior year summer circuit, if your son is serious about attending a top school attending headfirst and than going to the interested school's individual camps is all that's needed to get signed. It is expensive, but you definitely get your money's worth. Brendan is a phenomenal person and personally takes interest in the players' goals even after they attend the showcase. A first class guy and a first class organization.
