Help on video

I have a video of me swinging in my documents but I don't have a clue how to put it on here. I tried putting it on msn but it said the file was too big. I'm just looking for some critique on my swing..not an ideal video (it's me in our small apartment) but it's something. Thanks.

What file type is the video (avi, mpg, wmv)?

AVI tends to be very big. If so, you'll need to convert it to something else (i.e. mpg, QuickTime mov).

How big exactly is the file you have? If you can't convert it, but it's something < 2mb, you can email it to me and I'll convert it and post it for you.
