You start in the dugout or "on deck" circle. take your hekmet turn it so you look at the pitcher through the ear hole. You can now watch for different release points. Most every pitcher "tips" his pitches, When in the batters bax [please do not stand in the same hole as the previous hitters. Focus on the cap logo the switch to the release point.

When we travel Internationally with our pro scouts as coaches, our players in 12 games will leran.

Typing on a phone with a small keyboard?

There are two kinds of focus in vision peripheral vision and focal vision. Soft Focus on the pitchers head and shoulder area. Don't stare because if you hard focus too early it is hard to pick up the ball, and only hard focus once you see the ball in the air.

Picking the ball up out of the hand is a good goal but in reality it will take at least 10 feet in flight to pick it up, I once read that basically the first and last third of ball flight are blind and most of the information comes from the middle third of the ball flight.
