He plays hard. I like it.
I'll take the energy he plays with over any of the Major Leaguers who dog it to first on every ground ball like its an automatic out. He does exciting things even if they are not always right like when he stretched his bloop single barely out of the infield into a double. He makes mistakes but they are not from lack of hustle and I can hardly wait for his next ab in a game.
I liked the hustle double more. A simple flair, that may have been caught and he is balls out from the get go.
I can't wait to see him hit a routine one hopper back to the pitcher. I'm sure he'll run all out to first.
His energy and effort should be followed at every level. I rarely even see this in high school.
