I want to post clips of me hitting right handed and left handed so I can get feedback and tips from you guys but first I need to know how to let you guys see them. Thanks.

First you need to upload your clip(s) to a web server. Once you've done that you simply paste the URL (link to clip) here and we'll be able to click on it and view it.
Most internet service providers come with web space these days, but if you don't have any web space you can email the clip(s) to me and I'll post it for you.

I know how to get the video from the website to here but I don't know how to get it on a website. I'm not even sure if I can. My video is under my documents and I watch the video using Quicktime. Do you know if I will be able to get this video to a webpage. I'm going to try my best to do what you suggested and I'll show my results. Thank you for helping.
