Not to steal the poster's thunder as it is great advice, but not-for-nuthin' (in my best Brooklyn-ese), it was echoed in here for years, that is why this place is a goldmine. However, If you are taking requests, I would like a video on how to diplomatically address delusional parents that somehow find your hiding spot at games and rant about the lack of opportunities for their "can't miss prospect" child.

Just say “Uh huh” to everything they say while never making eye contact. You don’t have to pay attention. Just respond “Uh huh” to every noise.

So long as you're not trying to make money off those delusional parents, I see no need (or value) in diplomatically addressing them.  The more candid, hard truth these parents hear, the better chance there is at it sinking in at some point.  That doesn't mean it's a good chance of sinking in, but I know of far too many cases where a kid (and their parents) were never once given the straight dope.  Everybody is more concerned with making money and not "killing" kids' dreams than they are with truly helping.
