Probably too close to April fools day to make any significant velocity increases.

Would concentrate on baseball related workouts "not" involving heavy weights but rather light conditioning.

Maybe some others out there can recommend good programs if your coach has okayed that.

Believe Coach May had an excellent workout schedule he posted in one of these threads very recently.

I believe Shep does care. If you follow your team program, and you are really throwing in the mid 80's, don't fret. Are you a Jr? I know a past Jr prospect that was throwing 86 and has now been clocked at 90. Each player is different and his regiment may be part of the reason. I am also sure that he is bigger and stronger, has conditioned in the off season and listens and follows his coaches program.
