Thanks y'all! Crazy for sure, those Noles can swing it. We face timed after the game and i asked about the hanging curve ball, he was like...Yeah Dad Coach See was not happy, that pitch was supposed to be down and outside. I hung it right over the middle but i threw it with conviction!. He also said he could see the hitter react, lower half went but upper stayed back and then he hit the ball. Glad he was able to get a chance for redemption during his outing. I hope he can go Monday if needed.

FSU is a tough field for pitchers. Been there and seen it!  Good for Ryley and congrats for the win!

Was texting with DK (he was on bus coming home from trip), both of us watching. Kind of brought memories when he relieved in a game at FSU.  It was a game of the best vs best and that's always exciting. He called Ryley's outing electric!

I caught the end of the game. I thought Ryley's fastball was electric. The velo was not on the screen, but it looked hard and firm with good life armside at the end. The other thing that I especially liked was how he was not afraid to challenge the FSU hitters with it in fastball counts. I always love a pitcher that basically says, it's a fastball count, I'm gonna throw it and see if you can hit it. The last kid he faced, Taylor Walls, is a friend of my son. We played against and with Taylor all through the high school years. He beat Taylor with a fastball. If I were a betting man I would have lost a LOT of money. Not sure I have ever seen that kid beat with a fastball that he knew was coming. Congrats ShoveIt!!
