Just a heads up about poor service/communication on
equipment purchased through Sports Depot.com.On 2/4/07 ordered glove w/free shipping.Told should arrive in 5 days.Checked via e-mail live chat on website,no response as yet.Called on 2/7/07,told will arrive in 2 days US Postal Serv.Called on 2/10/07 again and told should have arrived.In both instances customer service rep said would call back,none did.Checked on 2/12/07 and found out order just shipped PM on 2/11/07.Called 3rd time for explanation and CSR said this item sent from vendor UPS and drop shipped.My question was why did they give mis-information then pull order only after my 2nd call! Hope this info helps anyone looking at their website.IMO stay away from them!!!!
