@Iowamom23 How are any of the places you mentioned less risky than pretty much anything other than going to a professional sporting event or crowded movie theater? Is he more likely to get infected at the beach or the grocery store?

The only way neither one of you will be at risk is if neither one of you are there. So, in essence, a true lockdown. And this is simply not possible.
There are thousands of sites where people may debate politics.
